Business Connection Luncheon: Albert Fox Albert A. Fox, Jr. is the Founder and President of the Alliance for Responsible Cuba Policy Foundation, a Tampa-based nonprofit promoting improved U.S.–Cuba relations through dialogue. He has made over 100 legal visits to Cuba, meeting with officials and citizens to foster engagement. With more than 40 years of experience, Fox has worked in Congress, co-founded a lobbying firm, and contributed to international initiatives, including efforts supporting reform in South Africa. He also helped advance the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000. He remains active in civic life and lives in Tampa with his wife, Anne.
